Design Assistant/ Fit Model

Do you love fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an energetic, highly organized, and dependable Design Assistant/ Fit Model to become a valuable member of our Design team.

This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced fashion designers, participate in the product development process, and gain firsthand exposure to how apparel collections are createdfrom initial concept through production.

You'll play two equally important roles:

• Our in-house Fit Model, helping our Design and Technical Design teams perfect the fit of garments before they reach production.
• A trusted operations assistant, providing day-to-day support that keeps our Design department organized, efficient, and moving forward.

No prior fashion experience is requiredwe're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do - Become Our In-House Fit Model & Keep the Design Team Running

You'll play a key role in helping our team develop great-fitting products by participating in:

• Daily fit sessions for in-house designs
• Reviewing production samples with Design and Technical Design teams
• Fittings for showroom samples and market inspiration garments
• Select buyer meetings requiring garment reviews and fit evaluations

When you're not in fittings, you'll support the Design department by:

• Assisting designers with changing priorities and day-to-day needs
• Managing visitor access, building credentials, and office entry systems
• Supporting PLM data organization, cleanup, and system integration
• Helping organize design materials, fabrics, samples, and workspaces
• Jumping in wherever needed to help the team stay productive in a fast-moving environment
